1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Prime Human ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Prime Human provides personalised supplement protocol recommendations, daily tracking tools, and health insights based on information you provide. The App is operated by Prime Human ("we", "us", "our").

3. Not Medical Advice

Prime Human is for informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information in the App.

4. Subscription & Payments

Prime Human offers auto-renewing subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store:

• Weekly: £5.99/week
• Annual: £39.99/year (Save 46%)

Both plans include a 7-day free trial. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in the App Store app.

5. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell the service
• Misrepresent your health information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Prime Human are owned by Prime Human and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Human is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
